FAQ

  • When will I get my order?

    I aim to dispatch orders within 3 - 5 working days. After dispatch:

    UK - 1-2 working days

    Europe - 3-5 working days

    Worldwide - 6-7 working days

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! My international shipping options are Royal Mail International Standard (untacked) and Royal Mail International Tracked.

  • The print I want isn't in your store

    Drop me a DM or email and I will most likely be able to create the print with the design that you want!

  • Customs (EU customers)

    You may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim your parcel. This will be dealt with by your country's customs office.

    Many countries do not charge custom fees until an order is over a certain threshold, so this will not apply to everyone.

    If your order has not arrived, then it may be being held at your local customs office. Please contact them and pay the customs fee to receive your order.

  • There's an issue with my order

    If you have any issues, please contact hello@amiiillustrates.com. I will do everything I can to resolve the issue ASAP.

  • My order was returned to you

    If your order is returned to me and marked as ‘refused’ or ‘unclaimed at customs’, then I can either re-send your order for the additional Tracked shipping cost, or I can offer you a refund for the item.
